Stair railings can be made from ordinary steel or other materials, which gives them elegance. In addition, other interesting solutions can be used, depending on the imagination and suggestion of the designer. Such an unusual solution, combined with forged elements, allows you to create really interesting fences that are distinguished by individuality and originality.

Porch railing

A fairly standard solution for entering a private house or office building. This product includes a fence in front of the entrance to the house and a comfortable handrail. These staircases are usually low, and the length of the fence rarely exceeds 2 meters. The design looks simple, but at the same time very stylish: nothing superfluous.

Design features for an entrance group or flights of stairs:

• Main racks (balusters) - they are usually placed at intervals of two steps or in increments of 90-100 cm, they have a height of at least 90 cm;
• Handrails - providing a fulcrum for the hand;
• Filling the space between the posts (rails).

Depending on the width of the staircase, the railings are mounted on one or both sides. With a width of more than 2.5-3 m, additional structures can be installed in the center to divide the stair lift into 2 lanes.

The pipe is not inferior in strength to a bar, but due to the hollow structure it is lighter. Stair railings can be created from wood, concrete, metal. But at the same time, steel and metal products are universal - the material can withstand strong mechanical loads and aggressive environmental factors (rain, snow, temperature extremes).
