Registration of orders and consultations are carried out from 9: 00-18: 00 from Mon-Fri by telephone or in the office of the company. (Office hours are indicated in the "Contacts" section)
- Shipment on the day of order (with 100% prepayment), subject to order before 12:00 from the manager.
- Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the next day.
- Sending is possible by cash on delivery.
- After the invoice is issued by the manager, a reserve is set for the selected product. The standard period of validity of the reserve is 5 days, after which it is canceled automatically. If the invoice is paid in full, the reserve for the goods is kept until shipment or delivery from the warehouse.

Delivery of the order by a transport company
After sending the goods to your city, the manager will provide a TTN (consignment note) number with the amount of payment for delivery by the Carrier.
- Payment for transportation of goods is made by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
- The cost of transportation and delivery to the nearest warehouse of the Carrier is determined and calculated by the transport company.
- By the TTN number it is possible to track the movement and time of arrival of the order on the website of the carrier company.
After the transfer of the goods for delivery to the transport company - the Carrier is responsible for the cargo. If you have any questions about the quality of delivery, claims are presented to the Carrier.
Return and exchange of goods
According to the Legislation of Ukraine, Artdeco company undertakes to exchange goods or issue a return within 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods.
Return conditions:
- The product has not been used and has been preserved in the form in which you purchased it.
- All markings are present on the product.
- Less than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of shipment (taking into account the delivery time).
- You have saved a sales receipt or sales receipt.
Payment for transport services is made by the buyer.
In the event of a difference between the ordered and received goods sent, as well as in the case of a manufacturing defect, the transport costs upon return are paid by our Company.
