After the transfer of the goods for delivery to the transport company - the Carrier is responsible for the cargo. If you have any questions about the quality of delivery, claims are presented to the Carrier.
Return and exchange of goods
According to the Legislation of Ukraine, Artdeco company undertakes to exchange goods or issue a return within 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods.
- The product has not been used and has been preserved in the form in which you purchased it.
- All markings are present on the product.
- Less than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of shipment (taking into account the delivery time).
- You have saved a sales receipt or sales receipt.
Payment for transport services is made by the buyer.
In the event of a difference between the ordered and received goods sent, as well as in the case of a manufacturing defect, the transport costs upon return are paid by our Company.
